Why are there lumps in my deodorant?
If you find some lumps in your deodorant, don’t worry – This is the Shea Butter in your deodorant  which may have heated up during transit to you.
This will not reduce the quality of your deodorant.
Just apply your deodorant as usual and the lumps will melt onto your skin.

Why is there a change in consistency and/or smell compared to my last deodorant?
Our deodorant products are all hand crafted, this means that there may be slight variations between batches. They will still work as well as the last one though!

Are all the products vegan?
Yes, they sure are.

Are any of the products tested on Animals?
NO WAY JOSE!
All of our products are tested on Humans, not our furry friends. 

Is every product handmade?
Yes they are all handmade with love by me, Bek ♥

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?
As all of our products are hand crafted with love, please allow 3-4 business days to be picked, packed and shipped.

How long will my package take to arrive?
Metropolitan Perth, between 7-8 business days.
Within Western Australia, between 9-10 business days.
Interstate Australia, between 12-15 business days.
NZ between 15-20 business days.
International, between 20-25 business days.
